We know cats are like family members, and it can be stressful to leave them behind.  That's why we include webcams in all VIP suites and give you the option to have them installed in Deluxe and Economy rooms for an additional fee.  It allows you to have a "virtual visit" with your cat from anywhere in the world. Imagine the peace of mind you will experience when you can log on anytime you want and see what your cat is doing! 

Cameras are included in the VIP rooms and can be added to any deluxe and economy room for only $10 a day.

Free Camera viewing Software

In order to view our webcams, you will need to download a free app onto your phone or tablet. In the past we recommended IP Camera Viewer Lite for all phones. However, we have received reports of issues with that app on newer Android phones and are now recommending that Android users install the tinyCam Monitor app. Apple users should continue to use the IP Camera Viewer Lite app.

Configuring your Viewing Software

Once you have made a reservation to board your cat in a VIP suite or requested that a webcam be installed in your Deluxe or Economy room, we will send you an email with detailed instructions for configuring your camera viewing software. Once installed, you will need to configure the software by entering your camera’s make/model, host/IP address, Port #, and login ID. These details are provided in the email we will send you. If you have any difficulty configuring the camera software, we will be happy to configure it for you - just bring your phone with you when you drop off your cat. We send an email with your camera details 2 days prior to boarding.
